With 20 years of experience guiding creative strategy and operational execution, he ensures that bold design ideas are translated into reliable, scalable, and beautifully delivered outcomes. Greg excels at coordinating teams, systems, and production, keeping budgets, timelines, and quality all moving in harmony. His philosophy is simple: design must not only inspire, but perform, and he thrives at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence.

Pam Donoher began her career as a residential interior designer. Since then, she has built a reputation as a design-focused account manager who bridges client vision and creative execution with clarity and care. She combines strategic insight with an eye for design to ensure every project reflects the client’s goals and brand story. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Pam guides each partnership with creativity, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
Kelly Zorn
Creative Director
Rooted in a Fine Arts education from Kendall College of Art and Design, Kelly Zorn has built a career at the intersection of brand, design, and human experience. From leading campaigns at top Phoenix agencies to stewarding the national identity of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, Kelly’s 30+ years in brand-driven design reflect a deep passion for meaningful visual storytelling.
Equal parts artist and strategist, Kelly transforms concepts into immersive brand environments—spaces that engage the senses, tell a story, and express purpose. Beyond design, she has also curated fine art exhibitions, managed a gallery and collaborated with local artists and the community to showcase diverse creative voices and make art more accessible to all.
Her collaborative approach and keen attention to detail ensure that every project resonates with authenticity, connecting people and place through intentional, artful design.
Niki Hogan
Lead Creative Designer
With a Fine Arts degree from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design in Denver, Niki Hogan has built a vibrant career blending art, design, and curation. She trained under acclaimed photographer and curator Mark Sink at Gallery Sink, curated exhibitions at River Gallery in Chelsea, and worked closely with surrealist Gerome Kamrowski, documenting and framing his life’s work in a close creative partnership. This led her to lead the exhibition program at the Ann Arbor Art Center. Later, as Artist and Event Manager for the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair, she oversaw artist relations, merchandising, and large-scale event coordination. She also brought her creativity to The Parade Company in Detroit, sculpting and painting floats for the Thanksgiving Day Parade. With experience spanning fine art, fabrication, and event production, Niki brings artistry, organization, and storytelling to every project.
Katie Rosinski
Account Manager
Katie Rosinski is a design leader possessing a broad, strong sense of design aesthetics with 15 years in the design industry. Katie provides design consulting and project management services for healthcare and corporate environments, guiding clients through branded interiors, artwork programs and displays. With a passion for executing refined designs- she blends concept development, material fluency, and hands-on production insight to craft environments that are both expressive and functional. Her work celebrates story and place, creating spaces that invite people to feel connected, oriented, and inspired.
Jennifer Kientz

Jennifer Kientz is a seasoned visual communications professional with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from Central Michigan University. With more than 25 years of experience in the sign and large-format graphics industry, she brings a deep understanding of design, production, and industry technology to every project she undertakes. Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of current sign products, materials, and fabrication processes allows her to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of diverse clients and environments. Passionate about craftsmanship and effective visual messaging, she continues to excel as a trusted expert in large-scale graphic production.
Robin Trevino-Geiseman
Account Manager
Robin Trevino-Geiseman is a Wayne State University graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts who began her career as a designer with a creative foundation and visual communication expertise. Robin has 15 years of experience in her field, she specializes in healthcare signage, ADA-compliant systems, and large-scale architectural team projects. Robin expertly guides clients and project managers through complex signage needs with clarity, precision, and a collaborative approach. Known for her attention to detail, industry knowledge, and client-focused mindset, she brings both strategic insight and artistic sensibility to every project she manages from concept to completion.
Elizabeth Nichols

Elizabeth is a creative account manager with over 12 years of experience leading projects across healthcare and corporate environments. With a Fine Art degree from Eastern Michigan University, she blends an artistic eye with strong logistical organization to deliver thoughtful, high-impact work. A collaborative team player, she’s known for building lasting client relationships and guiding projects from concept to completion with clarity and care.

Katharine is a results-driven account manager with a strong background in client relationships and project execution. She specializes in guiding clients through the full lifecycle of projects, from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with both brand vision and functional goals.
Known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach, Katharine brings a balance of organization, creativity, and clear communication to every project. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and serving as a Co-Chair for Inforum, a nonprofit organization that helps women accelerate their careers.
Georgia Cork
Production Designer
Georgia discovered her passion for design at a young age and went on to further develop her skills through graphic design training. She began her career in production at Image360, where she gained valuable hands-on experience. Working closely with the experienced design team, Georgia built a strong foundation in file setup and production design, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the entire design process—from concept through to final execution.
With a detail-oriented, production-minded approach, she evaluates every aspect of a project to ensure seamless results. She focuses on creating designs that not only look great on screen but also perform effectively in real-world environments, always tailored to each client’s needs.
